Support Inquiries

 For your return to be processed, you must:

  • Receive a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) from our Service Support team, and mention it on the return packaging
  • Fill a “Return Authorization” form provided by our Service Support team
  • Clean/decontaminate the returned articles from biological material or biohazardous agents and any dangerous chemical compounds
  • Carefully pack the hardware component to avoid breakage during shipment (For receivers, please disassemble the antennas)
  • Write on the external part of the package the RMA number.
  • Send the package at the emka TECHNOLOGIES office in France, United States, Japan or China (addresses available here)
