EEG+ is an in-depth neurological analysis software.

It generates FFT* power spectrums and performs automated seizure detection and sleep scoring from EEG**, with optional synchronized video.

Additional analysis options include EMG***, diaphragmatic EMG, temperature, and activity. Customizable parameters and protocols, interactive dashboards, batch analysis, comprehensive data reports, and more are included as features and functions.

EEG+ neurological analysis software can generate FFT power spectrums, sleep scoring, and seizure detection on multiple species, leads, and signals with or without synchronized video.

Standardized and non-standardized file formats can be imported and exported with optional GLP modules and SEND formatting. Additional modules allow for simultaneous cardiovascular and respiratory analysis.


Synchronized high-definition video recordings allow researchers to verify seizures and other behavioral events. Features include adjustable frame rates for recording and live-stream, infrared capability, onboard clocks for synchronization, custom camera image labels, and more. Additional storage options available for heavy video load.


Load, analyze and export large data files in minutes with standard or custom templates for analysis and review.

Seizure detection includes user-adjustable thresholds.

Customizable sleep scoring is based on multi-lead and/or multi-variable criteria.

Comprehensive reports and figures are displayed in an interactive dashboard. Batch analysis can be performed using custom configurations on a per file and per subject basis.

EEG and heatmap



Generate spectrograms with up to eight custom power bands. Seizure detection uses single or multi-lead EEG with optional vEEG* and EMG analysis. Automated or manual seizure scoring allows to analyze frequency, duration, and count based on user-adjustable thresholds. Interactive graphics aid in visualization of seizure characteristics.

EEG+ differentiates between N1, N2, N3, and REM sleep stages utilizing user-defined logic tree analysis. Adjustable epoch and step length allow for custom binning and reporting of sleep stages across variable time intervals. Results can be visualized via trend graphs and reports with optional synchronized video.

The usersMANAGEMENT module controls the access rights by login and password.

Access rights are characterized by a level (e.g. simple user, administrator) with an optional expiry date and a logout period.


auditCENTRAL software collects audit lines sent to Windows event logs of all client computers and keep them into a database. Each entry in the audit trail contains a list of all actions done on emka TECHNOLOGIES programs that affect or potentially affect raw or processed data, such as the date and time of the action, the user who performed the action or the computer on which the action was performed.


The eSIGN module offers encrypted electronic signatures.


studyMANAGEMENT module  associates data files to a study.
