The usbACQ and usbAMP can be configured to acquire any physiological analog signal from anesthetized or restrained subjects or from isolated organs and tissues:

  • Blood pressure (e.g., BP, LVP, CVP)
  • Respiration (Flow-and time-derived parameters, e.g., TV, MV, RR)

With a direct USB link to a computer running IOX2 acquisition software, usbACQ is designed to acquire any amplified analog signals while usbAMP can acquire and amplify biopotential signals and signals from strain gauge-based transducers (isometric transducers for tissue contraction studies, blood pressure transducers, differential air pressure transducers, etc.).
