With its modular design, easyMATRIX3 provides synchronized signals without prior adjustments.
Adjustment Free
The high resolution (24 bit, 0.1ppm) and wide input range (±10 volts) of the analog inputs preclude the need for separate gain and offset adjustments.
No more need for time-consuming manual adjustments. The preamplifiers are optimized based upon the transducer type that is plugged in and automatically detected.
Modular
A single acquisition computer running IOX2 software can record simultaneously up to 16 implanted telemetry signals from emka easyTEL (or DSI PhysioTel®) implants, and 8 analog inputs on each easyMATRIX3 in the IOX configuration.
Up to four easyMATRIX3 devices can connect to a single computer running IOX2 software, for a total of up to 96 channels.
The easyMATRIX3 can support a wide variety of configurations for simultaneous physiological measurements, including:
analog transmitters surgically implanted, and wirelessly transmitting to a receiver.
non-invasive electrodes (ECG, EEG, EMG), directly connected to easyMATRIX3.
strain gauge transducers, powered and amplified by easyMATRIX3.
most common pre-amplified analog signals.
Synchronized
The easyMATRIX3 coordinates the precise synchronization between telemetry implants and amplified or analog signals. For example, an animal model for conscious resistance and compliance can be obtained by collecting pleural pressure from implanted telemetry and a respiratory flow from head-out plethysmograph.
